Please help by reporting unattended trash at The Locks. We're currently having a lot of activity around The Locks. There's sometimes nine to twelve men at a time hanging out on the railroad tracks directly behind The Lockspot Cafe. Please help by calling the city to pick up trash in our public parking lots and call Ballard Terminal RR co. (206-782-1447) to report trespassing on the railroad tracks.
